User Agreement


1. Recognition and Acceptance of Terms

Core Information System Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “CORE3D”) provides CORE3D services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) in accordance with these Terms of Service. When members complete the membership registration procedures of CORE3D or start using this service, it means that they have read, understood and agreed to accept all the contents of this service agreement, and fully accept the existing and future service items and content derived from this service.

CORE3D reserves the right to modify or change the terms of service at any time. The modified terms of service will be published on the website. CORE3D will not notify members individually. Members are advised to pay attention to such modifications or changes at any time. If a member continues to use the Service after any modification or change, it is deemed that the member has read, understood and agreed to accept such modification or change. If you do not agree to the above-mentioned revision or update of the Terms of Service, or do not accept any other provisions of these Terms of Service, you should immediately stop using this service.

If a member is a minor under the age of 18, he or she may register as a member, use or continue to use the service only after his or her parents (or guardians) have read, understood and agreed to all contents of this Agreement and any subsequent amendments or changes. When a member uses or continues to use CORE3D, it is presumed that the member's parents (or guardians) have read, understood and agreed to accept all contents of this Agreement and any subsequent modifications and changes.

Members and CORE3D agree that all contents of the service, including expressions of intent, shall be expressed in electronic documents.

In order to ensure the protection of members' personal information, privacy and consumer rights, members' personal information will be used during the use of CORE3D services and transactions. In accordance with Article 8 of the Personal Information Protection Act, we hereby inform you of the following matters:

Purpose of Collection

The purpose of collection is to conduct marketing business, consumer and customer management and services, online shopping and other e-commerce services, as well as surveys, statistics and research analysis (the statutory specific purpose project numbers are 040, 090, 148, 157). CORE3D will collect personal information through the process of joining as a member, conducting transactions, logging in and using the website, APP or reading software.

Types of Personal Data Collected

The personal data collected by CORE3D on its related websites and apps include:

 C001 Personal identification information: such as member’s name, address, telephone number, email address, etc.

 C002 Financial identification: such as credit card or financial institution account information.

 C011 Personal description: such as gender, date of birth, etc.

 Other information automatically collected by the CORE3D system due to member login and use of the website, APP or reading software.

Period, Area, Objects and Method of Use

Period: Until the date when the member requests to stop using the service or CORE3D stops providing the service.
Region: Members’ personal information will be used in Taiwan.
Objects and methods of use: In addition to being used for member management and customer management search and query functions of CORE3D, the personal information collected will also be used for identity recognition, financial services, logistics services, marketing and publicity, etc., including but not limited to:

 Displaying member information during service usage

 Transaction processing, including product delivery, service provision, payments, customer service, and after-sales support

 Advertising, marketing, personalization of content or ads based on usage behavior

 Responding to customer inquiries

 Other incidental business operations necessary to provide services

 Providing necessary personal data to individual service providers for transaction completion (service providers are responsible for data management)

When providing individual services, personal data may be used for purposes other than those specified above. The gist of this will be stated on the web page of the individual service.

Members’ Rights Regarding Personal Data

Members may exercise the following rights in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act:

 Inquire or request a review

 Request a copy

 Request additions or corrections

 Request to stop collecting, processing or using

 Request removal

If members wish to exercise the above rights, they may contact CORE3D customer service to apply.

Please note that refusal to provide required information may result in inability to use all or part of the service.


2. Member Registration Obligations

To use this service, members agree to the following:

 Provide accurate and up-to-date information and not register under another person’s name

 Maintain and update personal information

 Each member may only register one account

If false information is provided, required information is missing, or duplicate registration occurs, CORE3D has the right to suspend or terminate the account without prior notice.


3. CORE3D Privacy Policy

Member registration and related information are protected and regulated in accordance with CORE3D’s Privacy Policy.


4. Member Account, Password and Security

Upon registration, members will receive an account and password and are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality.

Members agree that:

 They will notify CORE3D immediately if any security breach occurs

 Accounts are for personal use only and may not be shared or transferred

 CORE3D is not responsible for damages caused by unauthorized use unless attributable to CORE3D

 CORE3D may suspend accounts suspected of misuse

 Members should regularly update passwords and install protective software


5. Protection of Children and Young People

Parents or guardians should supervise children under 12 during use. Teenagers aged 12–18 should obtain parental consent before using the service.


6. User’s Legal Obligations and Commitments

Members agree not to use the service for illegal purposes or to infringe upon the rights of others, including but not limited to:

 Publishing illegal, offensive, defamatory, obscene or false content

 Infringing intellectual property rights

 Breaching confidentiality obligations

 Impersonation

 Transmitting viruses

 Unauthorized commercial use

 Sending spam or illegal advertisements

 Causing disturbance or violating online etiquette

 Other actions deemed inappropriate by CORE3D


7. Changes to Service Content and eNewsletters

Members agree that CORE3D may modify, suspend or terminate services or activities without individual notice.

CORE3D may send newsletters or marketing emails (EDM). Members may opt out at any time, after which CORE3D will cease marketing communications.
